Dear Students,

As part of the Introduction to Computer Engineering course in the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year, students are required to complete the following procedures in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations before participating in laboratory activities.

1. Basic Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Training

Students must complete the free online Basic Occupational Health and Safety training provided by the Presidency's Human Resources Office (CBİKO). The training is accessible through the YTNK TV platform at https://einsan.gov.tr/. Detailed instructions for accessing and completing the training are provided in the attached PDF guide.

2. Laboratory Usage Rules

Students must read and approve the Laboratory Usage Rules electronically and complete the relevant form.

3. Submission of Required Documents

Upon completing the OHS training, students must send their Certificate of Participation and the completed Laboratory Usage Form by email to hatem.dumlu@dpu.edu.tr. These documents will be archived electronically and reported to the Department Chair's Office.

All students concerned are required to complete the above procedures before laboratory sessions.
